Age Limit: Candidates

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have full time PG Degree in Statistics/ Applied
Statistics/ 4 years (Statistician) Econometrics from recognized
University for Sl No 1 and full time PG Degree in Statistics/ Applied 2
years (Statistician) Statistics/ Econometrics for Sl No 2, 3 and M. Sc.
(Statistics /Operations Research/ Computer Science)/ MCA/ BE/ B.Tech for
Sl No 4 and refer notification for post wisw qualification details.
Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on Written Examination (Online) and interview.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay Rs.500 for all and Rs.100/- for SC/ ST/ PWD
candidates through online mode by using debit card/ credit card/
Internet Banking from 17-02-2014 to 06-03-2014 or offline mode with
system will generate a cash voucher/ challan form pre-printed with the
candidates details at any State Bank of India branch counter from
19-02-2014 to 08-03-2014.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online
from www.sbi.co.in or www.statebankofindia.com from 17-02-2014 to
06-03-2014 and send the computer generated hard copy of application duly
signed and pasted with their recent photographs along with relevant
documents (date of birth, service certificate/ discharge certificate,
caste certificate, if belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC categories)and send in an
envelop superscribed with “Application for the post of Dy Manager
(Security)” to General Manager, State Bank of India, Central Recruitment
& Promotion Department, Atlanta Building, 3rd Floor, BBR, Nariman
Point, Mumbai – 400021(Maharashtra), India on or before 24-03-2014.
Online Instructions:
Offline (Application Fee):
1. Candidates should first scan their photograph and signature as
detailed under guidelines for scanning the photograph and signature.
2. Log on to www.statebankofindia.com .
3. Click on Apply Online.
4. Fill the all the fields and click on Submit button.
5. When the data is saved, provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system.
6. Candidate can re-open the saved data using registration number and
password and edit the particulars, if needed and this facility will be
available for three times only.
7. System will generate fee payment challan and take the challan and deposite the fee.
8. Candidate will receive registration confirmation by SMS/ e-mail.
Online (Application Fee):
1. Candidates should first scan their photograph and signature as
detailed under guidelines for scanning the photograph and signature.
2. Log on to www.statebankofindia.com .
3. Click on Apply Online.
4. Fill the all the fields and click on Submit button.
5. When the data is saved, a provisional registration number and
password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
6. The payment can be made by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen.
7. On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt and
application form with the date entered by the candidate will be
generated.
8. Send the hard copy of application to the above mentioned address .
