Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18-38 years as on 01-01-2014. upper age limit in case of reserved category is relaxable as per rule.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess minimum VIII Pass.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in physical screening test / physical efficiency test/ personality test

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications two copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by the candidates indicating his full name on the back side of photograph, a copy of age proof, educational qualification certificate, caste certificate, duly attested by Gazetted Officer. The Application should be sent in closed cover with marking “Application for the Post of ——” an 11 X 5 cm self addressed Rs.5/- stamped envelope to the Director General of Civil Defence & Commandant General of Home Guards, Assam, Beltola, Guwahati-28 on or before 10-02-2014.
